Biography

Olga van Tongeren (1998) was born in Haarlem (the Netherlands) and comes from a musical family. When she was five years old, she started playing the violin. Besides the violin, Olga took ballet and musical theatre lessons.
The combination of singing, dancing and acting spoke more and more to her and Olga started her study Music theatre at Fontys School for Performing Arts in Tilburg. Eventually, Olga decided that she wanted to become a classical singer.

After an intermission of a year in which she obtained her Propedeuse Italian language at Leiden University, Olga continued her voice studies with Sasja Hunnego at the Conservatory of Amsterdam.

In May 2024 she graduaded from her Bachelor with a 9 (out of 10) and currently she is finishing her Master’s degree.
